METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUEDE FABRIC HAVING EXCELLENT EFFECT OF SURFACE

PURPOSE: A production method is provided to improve the surface effect of a suede fabric by uniformly embodying a napping of very fine fineness in the surface of fabric when a nap is raised. CONSTITUTION: A suede fabric is used in a cotton yarn of sea island typed polyester single fiber in a weft and a false twisted yarn of polyester long fiber in a warp. The cotton yarn of sea island typed polyester single fiber is the cotton yarn to become the 10-40 thickness by spinning the polyester single fiber of the 0.01-0.1deniers fineness of single fiber after decreasing. A woven fabric is thermally set after passing a re-reduction using a relaxer scouring and a non-tension dyeing device. The fiber becomes very fine by the decreasing process, and the surface effect of the fabric such as a soft touch is embodied thereby. The fabric is dyed after embodying the very fine fiber in the surface by napping.
