PURPOSE: A hydrogen preheating apparatus of a hydrogen automobile is provided to prevent the lowering of preheating ratio of hydrogen due to the shortage of cooling water by regularly maintaining the amount of cooling water flowing a circulation path of a storage tank. CONSTITUTION: In a hydrogen preheating apparatus of a hydrogen automobile preheating stored hydrogen by circulating cooling water heated in an engine(1) following a circulation path of a storage tank(3) and flowing out the cooling water, the hydrogen preheating apparatus of a hydrogen automobile includes a reservoir tank(4) installed to be communicated with the circulation path of the storage tank and storing cooling water at a position higher than the circulation path, so that the reservoir tank replenishes cooling water if cooling water circulating around the storage tank is short.
