METHOD FOR SYNCHRONIZING BETWEEN THE DEVICES MEASURING SPEECH QUALITY IN THE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATION ENVIRONMENT

PURPOSE: A method for synchronizing sound quality measuring units with other in a mobile communication system is provided to check a correct voice reception location between a mobile station and a ground station, by forcing a transmitter to send pseudo noise code in multiple stages, and a receiver to receive the noise code and then transmit a test voice. CONSTITUTION: A telephone call line to the receiver is established(501). When a start instruction is received from the receiver after a ring-back tone was detected(502), a predetermined delayed time is passed(503-506). If a telephone call line between the mobile station and the ground station is made(511), it is checked whether a ring tome is received from the switching station(512). A start instruction is sent to the transmitter before a predetermined delay time(513), and then a try to detect a PN code is carried out(514). If it is determined that a predetermined time has passed(515), a failure in synchronization is reported. If a PNn code is detected, a success of the synchronization is reported(516), and then the sound quality is measured.
