PURPOSE: A device is provided to easily install components by automatically operating a brake pedal with a cylinder through a solenoid valve which operates load pressure of a surge tank according to the signal of a push sensor and a slant sensor, and to prevent a vehicle from being pushed on a slant road. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing a vehicle from being pushed is composed of a push sensor(50), a key cylinder switch(20), a slant sensor(30), an ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(10), a solenoid valve(60), a brake pedal(90) and a cylinder(70). The push sensor installs a radiating device(53) and a light receiving device(52) for sensing and distinguishing the forward rotate and reverse rotate of a wheel from a disc hall(54) installed in a tone wheel. Therefore, when a vehicle is pushed, the push sensor senses the state and the device automatically brakes the vehicle. Also the device releases the braking state when a vehicle starts.
