PURPOSE: A method is provided to enable data communication normally in various communication troubles by repairing communication troubles rapidly and preventing malfunctions of a communication equipment. CONSTITUTION: A security equipment is started(S101), terminals of a Data Circuit -terminating Equipment(DCE) block is in operation at the same time terminals of a Data Terminal Equipment is stopped in operation(S102). A message key frame is transferred to the DCE block(S103), a judgment of whether the message key frame is received(S104). If the message key frame is received, the terminals of the DCE block and the DTE block are all operated(S105) to carry out an encryption operation(S106). During carrying out the encryption operation, a judgment of whether the message key frame is received(S107). If the message key frame is received, the security equipment is re-started(S108), and, if not, a judgment of whether a Data Carrier Detect(DCD) is off is made(S109). If off, the security equipment is re-started(S108), and, if not off, the encryption operation continues to be carried out(S106).
