PURPOSE: A system is provided to obtain information rapidly by providing the information in real time according to a selection of a user after inputting the information in a voice compression/synthesis in real time. CONSTITUTION: A reception/transmission part(11) receives and transmits information according to an input of a user of a terminal(12). A voice compression/synthesis part(16) compresses and synthesizes the information of the reception/transmission part(11) and provides information according to a request of the user. A data base(17) stores the compressed/synthesized information in the voice compression/synthesis part(16). A data generation part(18) provides information to the voice compression/synthesis part(16) in real time.
