PURPOSE: A tower illuminating system having an elevation structure is provided to enhance stability and convenience in using, installing and, repairing process of tower illuminating system. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of connect pipes(12) have guide rails(11) along a length direction. A pole(10) is coupled to and separated from upper and lower ends of the connect pipes(12). An elevation carrier(20) is movably connected in upward and downward directions along the guide rail(11) of the pole(10). A plurality of illumination lamps(21) are formed at constant intervals. An end of a wire(31) is connected on upper end of a central point of the elevation carrier(20). The other end of the wire(31) is connected to a winding roll to be downwardly moved along a through path of the upper end part of the pole(10). The winding roll is pivotally moved according to a selected operation so as for the wire(31) to be wound or loosened, whereby the elevation carrier(20) is upwardly or downwardly operated.
