PURPOSE: A washing valve of a toilet is provided to remarkably save production expenses with simple structure, to reduce replacement cost with slight amending of the washing valve and to make convenient installation and maintenance since an entire volume of valve is equal to the previous washing valve while saving water by adjusting amount of water. CONSTITUTION: Upward and downward, a drain flow passage(122) is formed, penetrated on a rod(121) of a piston valve(120). Inside of a valve body(123) of the upper piston valve, a valve(125) maintains a closed state by a spring(124) while in the upper body, an urinal button(140) opens a tapered hole(127) by pressing a valve(125). After discharging feces, a handle or a button for feces is operated to wash and after urine, an urinal handle or a button is pressed for opening a valve arranged inside a valve body. And only part of water filled in a top space, preferably, about one third or one half of water passes by the valve and is drained through a discharge passage disposed at the rod of the piston valve. Therefore, only as much volume as top water is discharged then a piston(130) rises upward so less water is drained outside.
