PURPOSE: A device for unfolding and folding a safety screen is provided to easily install a safety screen in a steel frame structure by installing a support and to easily fold the safety screen. CONSTITUTION: Main supports(2) are independently installed at both ends of horizontal beams composing a steel frame structure by fitting one side of a staple-shaped main support to one part of a flange of a beam and inserting a first clamp(3) inserted t the other side of the main support into the other part of the flange. The first clamp is fastened by moving a pressurizing screw(4) forwardly, and the main support is stably fixed on the beam. A guide bar(6) is inserted into a second clamp(5) formed at an upper portion of the main support and fastened by a fixing screw(7). A horizontal side rope(12b) of a safety screen is connected with a connecting ring(9) of a moving frame(8). The safety screen is folded and unfolded via a pulley(10) moving forwardly and backwardly in contact with the circumference of the guide bar. As one of folding and unfolding ropes is connected with the connecting ring, the safety screen is unfolded by the movement of the folding and unfolding rope upon pulling the other rope.
