PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a tantalum solid electrolytic condenser is provided to enhance conductivity and promote high frequency characteristic. CONSTITUTION: D-Camphor functioning as a binder is mixed, dried, and removed, and then an anode lead terminal is inserted. The formed element is put into a vacuum sintering furnace and heated at a temperature of 1600 - 2000 °C(S200). The D-camper is removed and tantalum is produced. The tantalum is put into an electrolytic, a DC voltage is applied thereinto, and Ta2O5 is produced on a surface of the tantalum(S300). The Ta2O5 is deposited on an iron nitrate solution, thermally decomposed, and coated to produce a FeO2 layer(S400). A conductive polymer solution is polymerized on a surface of the FeO2 layer to produce a conductive polymer layer(S500). A colloidal carbon liquid is coated on the conductive polymer layer to facilitate a connection with the colloidal terminal, and dried to produce a carbon layer(S600). An Ag paste liquid is coated on the carbon layer, and dried to produce an Ag layer(S700).
