METHOD FOR TREATING TROUBLES IN SWITCHING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for treating troubles in a switching system is provided to carry out a maintenance and management more effectively by providing an alarm message to an operator with a storage of the alarm message when troubles occur. CONSTITUTION: An alarm message is produced with respect to a trouble when the trouble in a system occurs(S31). If an operator matching part is not in a normal operation, trouble occurrence time is added to the alarm message and the alarm message is stored in a buffer(S33). A confirmation is made with respect to whether the operator matching part is returned to the normal operation(S34) and provided to an operator through the operator matching part and an operator terminal.
