METHOD FOR DISPLAYING AUTOMATICALLY LOCAL CODE IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A method for displaying automatically a local code in mobile communication terminal equipment is provided to display automatically a corresponding local code though a user moves to an area using other local code. CONSTITUTION: A method for displaying automatically a local code in mobile communication terminal equipment comprises the steps of: detecting a register response message transmitted from a radio base station when a mobile communication terminal equipment is registered to a mobile telephone switching station; detecting a link identification code included in the register response message and searching a local code corresponding to the detected link identification code by searching a local code table; setting the searched local code as an automatic local code if the local code corresponding to the detected link identification code is searched; and displaying the set automatic local code.
