PURPOSE: A digital power control/measurement device is provided to measure and control the amount of power by applying a digital signal processing element. CONSTITUTION: A digital power control/measurement device is made to detect and measure current and voltage from three-phase alternative power. The device comprises a plurality of low pass filter(13,14), a plurality of A/D converter(15,16), a waveform converter(18), a phase detector(19), a digital signal processor(17), an outside state input device(24), and a communication port(22). The detected current and the voltage are filtered by the low pass filter. The A/D converter converts the filtered signal to a digital signal. The waveform converter converts waveform of the current and the voltage. The phase detector detects a phase of the converted signal from the waveform converter. The digital signal processor corrects a pa RAMeter. The communication port transmits the measured data.
