AUTO SHEET FEEDING STABILIZATION DEVICE OF INKJET PRINTER AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A stabilizing method of paper feeding is provided to feed paper perpendicular to a printing direction by correcting inclination of paper in a continuous paper feeding mode of an ink jet printer. CONSTITUTION: A paper feed stabilizing method comprises the steps of: detecting a printing position if paper feeding begins by setting a position value of an align motor as zero; detecting an edge of paper fed for printing; detecting displacement of the paper; and adjusting the paper inclined to the left or right by driving the align motor corresponding to the displacement. Through correction of inclination of paper, jam is prevented. Advancing inclination caused by passage of the papers through a joint of papers is checked periodically and corrected.
