PURPOSE: A waterproof polyurethane laminated sheet is provided, which is prepared by recycling the waste polyurethane and is improved in the viscosity stability and adhesion in various temperature change. CONSTITUTION: The polyurethane laminated sheet comprises a polyurethane sheet which is prepared by recycling the waste polyurethane; a waterproof adhesive layer which is formed on the polyurethane sheet; and a releasing film which is formed on the waterproof adhesive layer. The waterproof adhesive layer comprises 60 wt% of blown asphalt; 15 wt% of SBS rubber; 10 wt% of an aromatic nondrying oil; 7.5 wt% of rosin; and 7.5 wt% of a filler. The polyurethane sheet is prepared by cutting or pulverizing the waste soft urethane foam or semisoft urethane foam to the size of 2-4 mm; drying it at 100-115 deg.C under the reduced pressure to the moisture content of 2 % or less; mixing the dried polyurethane foam with a phenol-type antioxidizing agent, a carbodiimide-type antihydrolyzing agent, benzophenone, carbon black, benzimidazole-type antibiotics; and passing the mixture through five extruder cylinders whose temperature are maintained to be 175, 170, 185, 176 and 185 deg.C, respectively, and a roller.
