COMPENSATING APPARATUS OF DISCHARGING QUANTITY OF RAW MATERIAL OF STAINLESS STEEL AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for compensating the error rate of the charging quantity of raw material to accord a kind of planed stainless steel with a tapped component when charging various raw materials before charging the raw material into an electric furnace and apparatus thereof are provided which can hit the tapped component in the electric furnace accurately. CONSTITUTION: A method for compensating the error rate of the charging quantity of raw material comprises (a)executing an additional charging according to the charging deviation value between the charging set value scheduled in advance by a kind of stainless steel and real charging quantity, (b)calculating the deviation value of the error rate by comparing the error rate of dissolution of the raw material to be tapped from an electric furnace and a standard error rate, (c)calculating the compensating deviation value for compensating the charging set value according to the deviation value of the error rate when the calculated deviation value of the error rate is more than the lowest limit value of deviation of the error rate, and (d)executing an additional charging in consideration of the error rate by each raw material occurred in a dissolving process of the electric furnace when the raw material is charged additionally in a crane tracking system by adding up the compensating deviation value and the deviation value of charging quantity. The process and apparatus promote productivity and improve the quality of molten steel by hitting a tapped component accurately.
