PURPOSE: An apparatus for discharging slag of a melting furnace is provided which smoothly discharges slag and does not have a burden of incidental facilities for treating the exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for discharging slag of a melting furnace in which a discharging port (40) is installed at the one side of a melting chamber (30) inside the melting furnace (10) for discharging slag, the apparatus comprises a slag discharging passage (111) connected to the discharging port of the melting furnace; a cooling water tank (90) storing cooling water in which the lower part of the slag discharging passage is immersed; and a conveyor belt (70) transferring the slag discharged into the lower part of the discharging passage to the outside of the cooling water tank with the one side part of the conveyor belt dipped into the cooling water (100).
