PURPOSE: A device for forming an image is provided to supply toner stored in the hopper of a developing unit to a toner-supplying roller efficiently and to prevent deformation of film in an agitator caused by operation for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A device for forming an image contains a toner-supplying film(14'a) attached to an agitator(14'). Herein, film is fixed to attach on the circumferential surface of the agitator toward tangent direction. Therefore, the toner is moved to a toner-supplying roller(12) smoothly. Also, the length of a lower unit frame(15'a) separating the agitator and the toner-supplying roller is formed to be shorter than one fourth of the circumference for supplying the toner more easily.
