PURPOSE: A producing method of a cold rolling alloy steel wire without a softening annealing in an after-process by sufficiently softening a material over a coil electric field in a wire rod rolling state is provided. CONSTITUTION: A steel piece containing C: 0.2 to 0.5wt.%, Si: 0.1 to 0.5wt.%, Mn: 0.2 to 1.0wt.%, P: under 0.03wt.%, S: under 0.03wt.%, Cr: 0.6 to 1.5wt.%, Mo: 0.1 to 05wt.%, Ti: 0.005 to 0.05wt.% and N: 0.001 to 0.20wt.%, consisted of Fe and other impurities is heated under a temperature of 1100°C and then is hot rolling-wire rod rolled. After rolling is finished, it is quickly cooled up from 730 to 780°C and is slowly cooled at a cooling speed of 0.2 to 0.5°C/sec.
