PURPOSE: A method for processing interlinking between different kinds of network management systems is provided to be independent of an operating environment and a communication service environment of a conventional non-standard and standard system of different kinds network management systems, and to define a network management linking source manager substituting for a linking service between the different kinds of network management systems. CONSTITUTION: If a specific network management system request an interlinking service with an object network management system, a service operating environment of the specific network management system is analyzed through a network management environment setup manager(21). Interlinking service components are decided and prepared. The interlinking service components like application interface and communication interface are delivered to a corresponding network management system environment through a network management service delivery manager(22), to set up an actual interlinking environment between different kinds of network management systems. If the specific network management system request an interlinking service with the object network management system through the application interface and the communication interface, a logical or physical communication channel is set and released. The channel is requested for mutual transmission of management information and control information generated between the two network management systems through a network management communication resource manager(23). If application resource setup does not exist, an interlinking service performance environment is set up through the application interface. If application resource setup exists, the setup of network management interlinking serve is ended, to perform a corresponding network management application service.
