PURPOSE: A fabricating method of an organic electroluminescent device is provided to promote the synthesis and processing of guest material and enhance the efficiency of the device by using the mixture of TB and butyl-PBD as the guest material. CONSTITUTION: First, a transparent electrode(32) is coated on a glass substrate(31) and then is etched to be suitable to a designed display. Then, photoluminescence material of guest material is prepared using the mixture of TB and butyl-PBD separately formed. Next, the guest material is mixed with polyimide of host material. Next, hole carrier material is coated on the transparent electrode, and then the mixture of host and guest is coated on the hole carrier material to form a photoluminescence layer(33). Then, electron transport material(34) is coated on the photoluminescence layer(33) and metal to become negative polar is coated on the electron transport material. Finally, the device coated with the metal is packaged.
