HOT ROLLING METHOD FOR PREVENTING STICKING

PURPOSE: A hot rolling method is provided to obtain a stainless hot rolled steel plate of excellent quality by preventing sticking by sprying a mixture of scale and water on the surface of hot rolling material between a finishing mill 1 inlet and a F1-F2(finishing mill 1-2 stand). CONSTITUTION: Sticking is prevented because a lubricating operation between a roll and a rolled material by absorbing a minute scale particle on the surface of the rolled material before rolling the stainless rolled material is rolled with a work roll of each finishing mill stand by spraying a mixture formed by 5-20vol% scale of particle size under 100micrometers and water between a F1 inlet and F1-F2 stands.
