INQUIRY SYSTEM OF INDIVIDUAL CREDIT INFORMATION USING AUTOMATIC ANSWERING SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: An inquiry system of an individual credit information is provided to save a lot of time and expenses by obtaining individual credit information on dealings with all credit dealing institutions through one enquiry. CONSTITUTION: An integrated database system(310) of a credit information management system integrates and stores various information provided from database systems(411a¯411n, 421a¯421n, 431a¯431n, 441a¯441n) of a credit dealing institution connected to the credit management system, and a central control system controls entire operations of the credit information management system. The integrated database system(310) is connected to a public telephone network(200) connected to a communication equipment(100) and then connected to all the database systems(411a¯411n, 421a¯421n, 431a¯431n, 441a¯441n) built in each of the credit dealing institutions, so that the information is shared.
