PURPOSE: A super critical water oxidation process for the treatment of waste water is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for managing sewage which is only use oxygen and catalyst will not need coagulant, counter agent, or oxidizing agent, and the production of sludge will be minimized. Wastewater is stored in waste water tank(4), and the waste water(2) will be pressured and transferred to preheat oven(6) by pressure pump(8). Transferred waste water is treated in critical condition, and discharged by activating tower(10)(12). A gas turbine generator(14) generates electricity using high pressured steam from this activating tower(10)(12). Because high pressured and heated steam operates gas turbine generator, the method can purify waste water and be a local heat source.
