PURPOSE: A combined underwater plate ice fabrication and heating apparatus is provided to perform heating and cooling at the same time by use of a midnight electricity. CONSTITUTION: A combined underwater plate ice fabrication and heating apparatus using a midnight electricity comprises a pressure adjusting part(11) and a compressor(3'). The pressure adjusting part(11) is fixed at a cooling agent gas tube(8B), and the compressor(3') is fixed at a cooling gas tube(8C). Pipes(10A,10B) are fixed at an ejection pipe(6) having a nozzle(601). At the pipe(10B) is fixed a circular pump(5). Two cooling agent gas tubes(8A,8C) are connected by a cooling agent gas tube(8D) for fixing an electronic part(B3).
