PURPOSE: A method for controlling voltages of a developing roller and a supplying roller is provided to maintain a uniform developing rate even if an environment is changed. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling voltages is composed of: a step(400) for a controller to start forming an image, a step(404) for the controller to drive an environment sensing unit for sensing environment, a step(406) for detecting the voltage for supplying to a developing roller and for controlling a voltage supplying unit to supply the voltage, and a step(408) for operating printing. Herein, the voltage supplied to the developing roller is varied according to the environment for unifying the surface electric field of the developing roller even if the environment is changed.
