PURPOSE: A voltage supply apparatus for compensating a gray level is provided to minimize a pad margin and the area of a liquid crystal panel by compensating a gray level. CONSTITUTION: The voltage supply apparatus for compensating a gray level includes an upper glass substrate(30) and a lower glass substrate(32). The upper glass substrate(30) is faced with a lower glass substrate(32). The plurality of column driving ICs(34) are installed in parallel at a pad area of an upper side of the lower glass substrate(32). The plurality of low driving ICs(36) are installed in parallel at a pad area of left side of the lower glass substrate(32). A transferring circuit(38) provides signals to the plurality of column driving ICs(34) and low driving ICs(36), respectively. The plurality of thin film transistors are formed at the upper and lower glass substrates(30,32).
