摘要 PURPOSE: A fuzzy inducing circuit using an electric charge combining element is provided to reduce an area of an occupied memory and enhance a processing velocity and adjust a fuzzy regulation function easily. CONSTITUTION: A fuzzy regulation storing unit(31) stores a fuzzy regulation function. An input generating unit(32) generates an input value for performing a fuzzy inference to a fuzzy inference engine unit(33). The fuzzy inference engine unit(33) performs a fuzzy inference of a fuzzy regulation value of the fuzzy regulation storing unit(31) and the input generating unit(32). A de-fuzzy inference engine unit(34) receives an inference value fuzzy from the fuzzy inference engine unit(33) and generates the final inference result for controlling a control object(37). A clock generating unit(35) generates a signal for controlling the fuzzy regulation storing unit(31), the input generating unit(32) and the control object(37). The control object(37) is operated by receiving an output enable signal of the clock generating unit(35) and the control signal of the de-fuzzy inference engine unit(34). A sensing unit(36) senses the current state of the control object(37) and supplies the state to the input generating unit(32).
