PURPOSE: A method for managing waste water resolves and activates water using ionization to purify the water. CONSTITUTION: The method for treating waste water uses ionization. The device resolves water and activates to purify the water and to wash the pipe. Pipes tend to corrode by reacting with activated oxygen. Substances like corrosion will be accumulated at the inside of the pipe as scale. The method is composed of several pipes. Carbon sticks and copper sticks are installed gradually at the inside of the first pipe, which generates static electricity. The second pipe is also have carbon sticks and copper sticks in order. Ionized water will be resolved into detailed molecules, and the molecules' density will increase. Then, the water molecule will rotate rapidly, and the water will have activity. So, the method can prevent from corrosion.
