PURPOSE: A device is provided to improve defects in supplying cups in a supplying unit of cup and in recollecting cups caused by not easily separating cups while replacing the cup containing a label from a mandrel and caused by the fluctuation of the cup in a rotating unit of a cup supporter. CONSTITUTION: Plural planetary gears(24) contain an oil hydraulic cylinder(25), a solar gear(23) interlocked by a link(26), an inclined amplifying unit(27), and a projected sill(28) for being butted on the inner circumference of the solar gear. Herein, the solar and the planetary gears are movably combined to housings(21,22) while connecting an air blowing tube(29) to the inside of the housing. A rotating unit(30) of a cup supporter contains a fixing plate(36) connecting a rotational body(32). Herein, an intake passage(34) and a blowing passage(35) connected with an intake tube(38) and a blow tube(39) are formed in the fixing plate. Also, a through hole(37) is formed in the central part of a mandrel(31) toward a lengthwise direction. Herein, the inclined amplifying unit and the projected sill are formed for corresponding to each other in a semicircular shape.
