PURPOSE: An intake amount controlling device for a vehicle mixer is provided to control a velocity and a position of a wire with a driving motor according to a measured value for a position of a manipulation pedal under the control of a varying element, thereby maintaining an intake ratio of the mixer properly and preventing a sudden opening of a throttle valve by winding the wire on a larger diameter part of the roller. CONSTITUTION: An intake amount controlling device for a vehicle mixer includes a tapered roller(131) connected to a rotation shaft(111) of a throttle valve(110) and having different diameters in upper and lower parts, and a varying element(151) for rotating a throttle valve by pulling a wire(140) wound on the roller by a driving motor(181) in such a manner that the wire is located on an outer periphery of the roller by pulling or pushing the wire vertically for controlling the rotation velocity of the throttle valve.
