GREEN-FLUORESCENT MATERIAL SLURRY USED IN AN ACTIVE DYNAMIC LCD

PURPOSE: A green phosphor slurry of an active luminescence type LCD device is provided to realize a high definition display by manufacturing a very fine fluorescence film through a slurry method. CONSTITUTION: A green phosphor slurry is manufactured with analyzing a slurry combined liquid mixed with an adhesive green phosphor. The slurry combined liquid does not make a gelation after a 4-day agitation. A fluorescence film is formed with spin-coating the slurry combined liquid on a glass substrate, drying, exposing with a mask pattern, and developing with hot water.
