COIL ADHERING APPARATUS OF A ROTOR OF AN ALTERNATOR AND COIL ADHERING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for fixing a coil of a rotor in an AC generator is provided to prevent insulation of a rotor coil from being destructed and a short from being occurred during a high speed rotation of the rotor without using an insulating tape or an adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A rotor core(52) is inserted into a rotor shaft. A rotor coil(54) is installed in an inside of the rotor core(52). A plastic coating part(60) is formed by a coil fixing unit of a rotor of an AC generator. A nozzle is formed on one side of a front surface of a body of the coil fixing unit in the rotor. A nozzle pressure control unit is installed on one side of an upper part of the body. A tube is formed on a lower side of the body and connected to a gas reservoir. An LPG is stored in the gas reservoir. A coating material is injected at a predetermined portion of the coil fixing unit of the rotor. A flame gas is injected through the nozzle on the coating material to allow the rotor coil(54) to be coated.
