DRYING SYSTEM OF CENTRIFUGAL DRYER TYPE AND PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A drying system of centrifugal dryer type and a drying process thereof are provided to reduce the volume and the weight of garbage and waste-water/clean water sludge and so on, and to reduce the contamination of environment. CONSTITUTION: The drying system is comprised of a quantitative input device such as a screw feeder(10) for injecting an object(20) to be dried, a drier, a secondary drying pipe(7), a collecting device(4), and an exhaust device such as a blower(6). The drier converts hot wind supplied from an entrance thereof for setting the interior of a cylindrical drying chamber(1) to a predetermined temperature into an eddy by using a blade(30b) of a high speed rotation rotor(3). At the same time, the drier crushes the object by using the centrifugal force, and dries the crushed and dispersed particles by using the hot wind. The secondary drying pipe is connected to an exit of the drier to dry the object repeatedly. The collecting device collects the object discharged via the secondary drying pipe. The exhaust device connected to the collecting device serves to exhaust the hot wind of the drier through the secondary drying pipe.
