PURPOSE: A guiding device for a welding wire is provided to linearly stretch the welding wire by buffering the tension of the welding wire with an additional roller. CONSTITUTION: A welding wire guiding device contains an inlet hole (14), an outlet hole (11) and guiding rollers (13). A guiding hole (12) for a welding wire guiding block (30) is formed inside the inlet hole and the guiding block is installed on a screw (21) supported by a fixing ring (22) and a pin (23) while rotated by an adjusting handle (20). Thus, the guiding block is moved on the screw and a through hole for a welding wire (40) is penetrated through the center of the guiding block. The welding wire is transferred through the outlet hole in a stretching state with guiding rollers. According to the bending degree of the welding wire, the screw is rotated to move the guiding block horizontally so that the tension of the welding wire is optionally adjusted.
