PURPOSE: A ceramic dielectric substance is provided to achieve a uniform and high dielectric constant over a large temperature range. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic dielectric substance is composed of (Bax Pb1-x)TiO3 whose main constituents are BaTiO3 and PbTiO3. Here, x is larger than 0 and smaller than 1. As a value of x varies, a dielectric constant of (Bax Pb1-x)TiO3 has a high and uniform dielectric constant between 120 - 500 °C. The (Bax Pb1-x)TiO3 is manufactured by combining BaCo2, TiO2, PbO, etc., at a proper ratio, mixing them, making a mixture by means of a binder, shape forming the same through a dry pressing method, and deforming the same in a firing furnace. The manufactured (Bax Pb1-x)TiO3 has such a structure in a temperature between 120 - 500 °C, that a low dielectric constant crystal grain surrounds a high dielectric crystal grain. If the value of x is 0.8, for example, the temperature is around 220 °C., while if the value of x is 0.4, the temperature is approximately 380 °C.
