PURPOSE: An exterior panel and a variation method thereof are provided to selectively change the exterior of a door of furniture in accordance with taste and sense of a user by. CONSTITUTION: An exterior panel includes: a frame(11) having an inner space(12); at least one of hanging sills(30) supporting an ornament panel(20) while closing the inner space of the frame; and a narrow support groove(41) formed in the frame near the hanging sill and inserted with a fixing bar(40) to fix the ornament panel. On the front face of the ornament panel, a replaceable fabric cover(21) is formed to be exposed to the surface of the exterior panel via the frame. Therefore, a user changes the ornament panel corresponding to taste and sense.
