SOUND OUTPUT CONTROL DEVICE AND METHOD OF PROJECTION TV

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling a voice output of a projection TV are provided to help a user to operate a projector by outputting a reason a power is not on by a voice. CONSTITUTION: A voice guide information is recorded in a memory(S1). A power is off(S2). A system control unit drives a fan and the fan cools an overheated load(S3). The system control unit checks whether a power-on order is inputted from an order input unit(S4). The system control unit outputs voice data saved in the memory to a voice signal processing unit and a voice message through a speaker in case the power-on order is inputted(S5). The fan is driven and a power source is changed into a stand-by state in case the power-on order is not inputted(S6).
