SYNTHETIC FIBER PALLET MATERIAL AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A synthetic pallet material is provided to produce a pallet of a new material having a high quality and to improve an environmental problem by recycling a waste synthetic fiber. CONSTITUTION: A felt having a regular density is made up by having a distribution ratio of 50% of polyester, 40 % of synthetic fiber such as other acryl, nylon and so on and 10 % of natural fiber to generate intermittently among a synthetic fiber or the waste material of the synthetic fiber. Herein, 30g/m2 of a heat hardening melamine resin and talc is spread until the amount of contained water becomes under 13% and is molded after cutting based on a size of process. Then, the material is produced by quickly cooling a product that molding is completed.
