PURPOSE: To prevent bending of barrier rib materials, PDP possesses two assistant rollers beside a main roller for shaping barrier rib. CONSTITUTION: Ti substrate(51) is fixed on a barrier rib materials(55) with glue. A main roller for shaping barrier rib arranged on the Ti substrate. And two assistant rollers(65a,65b) are arranged beside a main roller. If the substrate moves or the main roller moves, the main roller press the substrate and the assistant roller prevent the substrate from bending. So barrier rib(55') is forming with the same height. |
