PURPOSE: A humidity controlling method in refrigerator is provided to control the humidity in a refrigerator by perceiving the current humidity of the refrigerator effectively to maintain an optimum humidity. CONSTITUTION: A humidity controlling method in refrigerator comprises a step for controlling a humidifier to drive and return to maintain a predetermined target humidity after perceiving a humidity in the refrigerator, a step for controlling the humidifier to drive and return to maintain the predetermined target humidity after calculating an average humidity if a frost removing mode is implemented and ended when a predetermined time is not elapsed, and a step for controlling the humidifier to drive and return to maintain the predetermined target humidity after calculating an average humidity if an open/close of the door of the refrigerator is perceived when a predetermined time is not elapsed.
