PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an operator of a linear motor is provided to tightly coupling the operator of magnet and simultaneously simplifying the assembly process. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of: fabricating a cylindrical mold; inserting a magnet work piece having a predetermined shape into the cylindrical mold; pouring a molten material into the cylindrical mold; solidifying the poured molten material and separating the solidified material from the mold. The molten material is preferably made of aluminum or plastic material. The mold may comprises a jig to fix a position of the magnet workpiece. Thus, the invention simplifies the fabrication process of the operator, thereby making it possible to perform mass production of the operator and enhancing productivity.
