PURPOSE: A thin film transistor(TFT) liquid crystal display(LCD) is provided to minimize a deterioration of screen quality by minimizing an interference between shorted pixel electrodes when short phenomena is generated between pixel electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor(TFT) liquid crystal display(LCD) comprises a multitude of gate lines, a multitude of data lines, and a multitude of pixel electrodes(301,302,303). The pixel electrodes are formed at intersections of the gate lines and the data lines. In the pixel electrodes, a resistance value and an accumulated thickness are set within an area for driving a liquid crystal. The pixel electrode located at the lowest level has the largest resistance value and the pixel electrode located at the highest level has the smallest resistance value.
