PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a non-polar tantalum capacitor is provided to protects a circuit from the damage occurred when polar exchanges during setting a capacitor to a PCB board by removing the polar of tantalum occurred while the forming process for a non-polar tantalum. CONSTITUTION: A tantalum demagnetization forming (-), (+) polars by polarization has 1/10voltage through forming process(S30) and AC voltage through transferring process(S40). The strong polar of the tantalum element relent, and direct reverse current transferring process that reverse polar is connected to the (-), (+) polars of the tantalum element formed weakly while forming process(S30) leads the tantalum demagnetization to have the transferred 1/10 voltage. If the forming process(S30) and the transferring process(S40) are performed by turns, (-), (+) polars at the tantalum will be swept away. Whereby, the tantalum capacitor has non-polar, and it is completed by the process: plastic deformation(S60), assembling process(S70), wrapping process(S80), aging process(S90), and marking process(S100), in order. |
