PURPOSE: A former for a bead of a radial tire is provided to increase durability and to keep the size of a product by minimizing the deformation of a bead unit as increasing cohesion among a bead wire, a topping rubber and a bead cover, radiating an electron gun to the bead unit. CONSTITUTION: A former for a head of a radial tire is provided is provided to install a bead former and an electron gun(E) in the upper or lower part of a flipper machine. When the electron gun is placed in the upper end of the former, a distance is kept 10mm to 30mm and a horizontal position is separated 20mm to 40mm from a first structure(10) and then a horizontal size is 15mm to 30mm.
