PURPOSE: A packaging device is provided to supply an impurity remover processing static electricity liquid and to pack without bending a waist. CONSTITUTION: A receiving case(28) which stores an emitted fixing case(5) is in a lattice shape and is covered with a net(30) in order to ventilate the receiving case. The receiving case installs a supporting bar(22) by a hinge(36) to be rotated in the center of the both sides. Therefore, the receiving case is rotated vertically and the receiving case is rotated horizontally by a self-rotated hanger(14), a rope(16), a connecting hole(18) and a rope(20) and works upward and downward by a crane(10).
