PURPOSE: A method for producing a synthetic fiber contained the powder of nephrite is provided to have the softness such as a cotton cloth or a wool, and the heatproofing and the flexibility as an interior finish of a bedding. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a synthetic fiber contained the powder of nephrite comprises steps of: melting at 150-200°C by containing a 3-5% powder of nephrite over 500meshes in a resin for producing a fiber; spinning through a spinning nozzle; passing a bathing maintained at 80-100°C; drawing to 3-15deeier by drawing under the current at 100-120°C. The spinning method is the melt-spinning method to cool by extruding with a pressurizing method through the nozzle after heating and melting the resin to produce the fiber. And the used synthetic resin is nylon resin, the polyester resin, the vinylidene resin, the acrylic resin, the propylene resin, the teflon resin, the urea resin and so on.
