PURPOSE: A rapid heater for an electric boiler is provided to maximize the heating efficiency by circulating hot water in a short time if a boiler is acted. CONSTITUTION: An electric boiler is acted by the steps of: acting an electric heater(5) according to signals of a temperature sensor or by operating a switch to heat water; starting to heat the water in a water tub(2) and in a rapid heating chamber(12) partitioned by a container body(11); staying hot water on the upper area of the water tub after flowing the water heated in the rapid heating chamber on the upper area of the water tub through a feed pipe(14); and exhausting the hot water through an exhaust pipe(3) to heat a room. Therefore, the electric boiler can quickly keep the water in the water tub at a temperature of 60-70°C by heating the hot water exhausted through the exhaust pipe in the small rapid heating chamber.
