PURPOSE: An airbag and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent the airbag from being torn irregularly and to adjust the inner pressure of the airbag conveniently for protecting a passenger. CONSTITUTION: An airbag(10) contains an incising unit(20) formed in one corner of a gas vent hole(15) in a cross shape for being incised according to the size of inner pressure and an incis ion blocking hole(25) formed in the end unit of the incis ion unit in a circular shape for stopping the progress of the incising state of the incis ion unit. Therefore, the incis ion unit is opened under a higher pressure of a certain amount to discharge gas in case of the inner pressure of the airbag being excessively large to harm a passenger.
