摘要 PURPOSE: MgTiO3-CaTiO3 based ceramic composition for microwave is provided which has low sintering temperature, high quality factor, and stable temperature coefficient of resonant frequency, and the manufacturing method of dielectric ceramics using this composition is also provided. CONSTITUTION: This composition is consisted of MgTiO3 and CaTiO3 as main components, and also includes Li2O3 and MgO as minor components. This composition is represented as the following formula: 94 MgTiO3 - 6 CaTiO3 + x Li2CO3 + y MgO (mol%) wherein x (Li2Co3) is 0-0.8 mol% and y (MgO) is 0-6 mol%. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: weighing, mixing, and grinding of starting materials such as MgO, CaCO3, TiO2, and Li2CO3, calcination at 900-1000°C for 2 hours, and sintering at 1100-1250°C for 2-4 hours.
